We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website contact form, via email or provide to us in any other way, including personal information (postal addresses, email addresses, contact telephone numbers, names, social media accounts, booking details, feedback etc.). 

Use of Personal Information

We collect and store personal information in order to plan and provide our services to the best of our abilities. This includes using contact details provided to us to contact our booked clients and potential clients. 

Client names and details of weddings / engagements / other such work (date, venue, details of the day, guest information, organisations involved) will be used for promotional purposes, whether via internet based applications, print or other platforms. If you would not like us to use the above details for promotional purposes, please contact us on hello@darleyandunderwood.co.uk.

We collect and store contact details (email addresses, postal addresses and contact numbers), names and notes of relevant suppliers and venues for promotional purposes, as well as liaison prior to and post bookings. 

If you have opted in to receive promotional emails from us, with no booking enquiry or confirmation, we will collect and store your names and email addresses only.

Use of Images

As owners of the images we produce (digital or film), we reserve the right to use all images produced for promotional purposes, whether via internet based applications, print or other platforms.

Data Security

We take appropriate steps to minimise the risk of unauthorised or unlawful loss or disclosure of personal information. The following measures are taken: computer systems are password restricted, antivirus software is used and our team is aware of strict restrictions around data sharing.

Our website uses cookies to provide information about the user experience via Google Analytics. This allows us to monitor how website visitors interact with our website in order for us to improve our services and monitor performance.

Comments on Blog Posts

We regularly post blogs on our website, which allows for third party comments. If you post a comment (which we encourage!), your name will be posted alongside your comments. Your name and comments will therefore be stored on our website indefinitely. It is within our discretion to remove blog comments if we see necessary.
